Our move was in May '06. We were leaving a small 2BR apartment in West Chester, PA for a 2BR townhome a few minutes up the road. The company sent two incompetent movers who seemed more focused on chatting and getting a tip than moving our furniture. They chipped almost all of our furniture, scraped the walls & woodwork or both our old & new home, and went over the estimated time of 4 hours by an hour. I would strongly advise anyone to NOT use this company. We felt we would have done a better job ourselves.
