Hi all,
I recently had really bad experienece with Times
Packers & Movers (http://www.packersandmovers.org/)
First they insisted on delivering the goods when only
my mom was at the home without any prior notice.
They damaged and broke some of my goods while
transporting from Bangalore to Delhi. They
transported the stuff from their godown in delhi to my
house in an open truck and didnt even bother to cover
anything while it rained. So my mattresses and books
got all wet and damaged. While my godrej cupboard was
broken while they were carrying it to my house on 3rd
floor. Their employees in delhi were very rude and
foul mouthed. They started fighting when my mom asked
about the damages. I had paid extra money for the
insurance so i was expecting that i will be reimbursed
the damages but even after repeated calls and emails,
i never got any replies.
It was all in all a very disgusting affair. I would
advice everybody to not make use of their services.
