Poor behavior and service


The goel movers and packers are the worst. They ask for full payment in advance and then dont deliver goods on time.
There is no synchronization between the offices.
They hire poor transport trucks
for transport of goods.
The manager(DK Sharma) at delhi office behaves unproffesionaly,
he does not pick up the phone after making even 36 calls.
He even did not pay the turck wala the full money.
My Scooter was scratched, kitchen rach had bends, dining table chair seat had worn out, they broke my scenery glass.
Many goods were damaged and you have to run after them for claims but in vain.
Over all poorest service one can imagine.
I am thinking of filing a case in consumer court.
I reccomend not to hire them if you care about your time and goods.
