I packed a POD to picked up. The estimate is between 1:30 AND 4:30 They showed up at 12:30 and we told them it would just be a few more minutes. The driver said he would probably be on break and be right back out. He answered calls we placed to him. They basically just blew us off. They said they were "full" that day and they would come back tommorrow. Dealt with the Dallas office - major attitudes and could care less. They are great when you book them - but that's when it ends. I would never use again
