Goenka Movers and Packers is a company for packaging and transportation of goods. On

29-Apr-2006 I had sent a Honda Activa and 2 boxes of household goods. I was promised that

it would be delivered to my Mumbai residence by monday(1-May-2006). Till date (7-May-2006)

things have not been delivered and evrytime I call these guys there is a new person who

attends to my call and assures me that things would be delivered by evening. I am fed up

with these guys and worried if they will deliver the things properly. I paid them a big

amount Rs 3000, when other packers charge Rs 2000, thinking that delivery would be on time

and safe. It has been more than a week now and I am worried if it would be delivered at

all. If there are any bangalorians who want there things to be moved please refrain from

using the services of Goenka Movers and Packers.
Solution of your complaint Deliver my things as soon as possible.
Action I will lodge a police complaint and take these people to court. If possible put up

an article in some newspaper so that these guys do not cheat any other bangalorian.
