"Reservation" Means Nothing

I reserved a U-Haul truck more than two weeks in advance, only to find out one day before
the move that there was no truck at reserved time!
I told their customer representative the whole point of "reserving" in advance is to get
what you want, to which he replied we are having a "fruitless conversation".
I called "Budget" and got a truck in half-an-hour. They called me (!) and made sure I had a
truck. I'll think twice before choosing U-Haul again! Horrible service, with meaningless
"reservation" system.
No appreciation of customer needs and time.
