A1- Packers & Movers the most unprofessional & outrageous of the lot

Hi Guys,

I got my household stuff moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore through A1

Packers & Movers. They promised that stuff will reach 100% safely

within 24 to 36 hours.

But the service I got was so horrible it is hard to explain. I got my

stuff after 3 complete days that too( I had to call them to get me few

guys to unpack !!!!) many things broken including my "TV" and some

glass frames.

When I called their contact number in Bangalore he told that don't

talk to me call to Hyderabad guy he is responsible for all the damage.

When I called Hyderabad guy he told that since his company A1 Packers

& Movers does not provide any insurance to the stuff I should just

forget.

After so much discussion he told that he is going to send his

representative to inspect the damage and then they may compensate. I

waited for his representative for a month before getting my TV fixed

!!

I hope A1 Packers & Movers becomes more professional and employ

trained guys to take care of other's belongings with at least a bit of

care. In my case they must have thrown the carton's in the truk.

Anyway guys make sure that you are giving unbreakable items only to A1

to throw around :)
