we hired services for transfer of house holds from Agra ( UP ) to Hyederabad. As per verbal agreement it was negotiated for Rs 40k. Goods were loaded from Agra in a truck, and poor packing done at the time of packing. Also numbers of other articles were left unpacked saying these will be packed at HO in delhi. Any hows goods were sent. When Goods were reached at Hyd we came to know numbers of my Articles were missing like three side coffee chairs of my table ( which made my center table useless), 3 glass paintings were damaged and two cloths bags missed...estimated for Rs 35000 and more., Cylinder changed ...numbers of losses
When we complained about these services to concerned persons post sending detailed mail ( Ramashanker and Rajesh at 011 32524996, 9871042002 and 9871229235, we were told that our loss has been processed for insurence claim. Since than it is more than 4 months over, they have cheated on services given and charges taken for insuring all house holds.
Now I am planning to fire claim and FIR against these fraud peoples. They do not pick the phone and if once pick always makes excuses. Also they are not ready to tell thire HO detail.
Must say not to deal with these peoples. Other details about these fraud persons are M/s Accelearte Packers and movers, 8912, 2nd floor, gali no 2, multani Dhandha, Pahar ganj new delhi. ( rajesh and ramashanker)
