Quick Trip Movers (Norcross, GA) – Horrible Experience / Lost Money



My experience with QuickTrip Movers, Inc. based near Atlanta, GA was awful on multiple fronts. I will never do business with this moving and storage firm again. They deserve an “F”.



Reasons include:

- Adding hundreds of dollars to the final bill for numerous inappropriate charges

- Failing to provide a weight certificate as promised, even though weight was a factor in the total price

- Charging us for an additional month of storage, despite our written agreement stating the first month was free

- Doubling storage fees with less than two weeks warning

- Blatantly ignoring parts of the contractual agreement

- Rough / sloppy handling of items that resulted in damage

- Omitting numerous pieces of furniture from the inventory list



There were other issues and hassles and they did not provide documentation to justify the added charges. This was a lousy moving experience with a very small operator. After the move was completed, I found others on the Internet who has problems with them as well.
