Please Never Use Chennai Packers & Movers.

I wanted them to move my Hero Honda Splendour Bike from Mumbai to Chennai on their assurance that it will be delivered in 3 - 5 days and paid them Rs.3000/-
as they wanted. My contact at their office in Mumbai (Dakshinamurthy) confirmed to me repeatedly that it will be delivered max before the 5th day. After picking up the bike on 13th Oct 07, they delivered in Chennai on the 4th of Nov 07 (after 22 days) - that too after repeatedly calling them and threatening them of legal claims.

Their General manager at Chennai (Mohan Verma) was equally dispassionate about the whole incident and they did not even bother to respond back to my emails, the last of which I sent on 11th Nov 07 asking them for a explanation. Such is their service that they are not at all reliable.

Please do not beleive any of their promises and do not ever patronise them. They are a real insult to the service standards we normally expect from South Indian Companies.
